I was not highly satisfied because my expectation was meet but there was no extraordinary offer that could have blow my socks off.

We were generally satisfied with our experience overall. However we were slightly dissatisfied with the time it will take to deliver all of the products ordered which was due to different manufacturers providing our goods and these being stored in separate warehouses.

Lack of clear definition of the mattress firmness and the beds specifications. Delivery charges are unreasonable for big items that should be included in the prices.

The first sales person was not as knowledgeable as I hoped - but still was ok. Since the store was empty the manager also pitched and she was very helpful. However they weren't 100% clear on new offers and insurance prices but still generally it was fine. They also took some time adding everything to the computer and were not totally clear on how the system worked. But we got there in the end.

We purchased 2 beds an separate delivery dates. We were told we would be charged only for one delivery but ended up paying for second delivery also. We took the 10 year warranty and we received 2 free mattress protectors. I asked if the protectors can be upgraded to cotton ones if we pay the difference as was told YES. On my second visit wth ump wife ,when I asked your staff for the upgrade of the protectors from polyester to cotton I was told we must pay them in full price. I bought cotton and wool mattress to use a polyester mattress protector ? My answer is no. It seems there is no consistency from one step to another with your staff.

Highly Satisfied: Would indicate that every aspect of the service was perfect. For me it just missed the mark, with the sales assistant immediately taking us to the most expensive mattresses in the shop.

Well i've worked in retail and a call centre so I know how important cust service is. the staff were readily available and I did not have to hunt for anyone. They were really friendly and helpful without over doing it. They came across as really genuine and not sales people at all. I really like your advertisements they are great-who ever takes the photos is doing a great job.
