We were met by Mohammed in a very friendly personable manner when he introduced himself. He allowed us time to look around before helping us with our final decision making. We did not feel pressured but we’re allowed to make a decision which we felt was correct for us. We were able to watch two of his colleagues behaving in a very similar manner which, together with the general tidiness of the store, I believe shows a really well managed store. Yes we will go back and buy more. We both enjoyed a very friendly retail environment. Which we have found to be the norm in the States but rarely seen in the UK.

We were greeted by a nice man who offered us a drink while we waited for Mohamed to finish dealing with a customer. 020 Mohamed greeted us with a warm welcome. He was very friendly and helpful. He demonstrated the products and explained the benefits, showed how the sleepmatch works. He also offered us a drink. He placed the order very swiftly and offered us free pillows. The store was very clean and social distancing measure was in place with all staff wearing their masks.

Every employee was very helpful and knowledegable about the products. The service was exceptional. In particular, an employee was very patient and provided excellent help: Wojciech (from Colindale store). He was very helpful, answered all of our questions and introduced us to many of your excellent products. We were very impressed with his customer service.

Micheal from Colindale Dreams was extremely friendly, very helpful and patient considering we kept trying different products and changing our minds constantly! We purchased some dream products from him about 2 years ago and it was the exact same service as we got back then. His knowledge of the products was extensive and he spent time with us, understanding our requirements and recommending products accordingly. We went in to browse and get an idea of what we want and we came out having purchased several products, for me that's always a sign of a great experience. Overall highly satisfied. Highly recommend going to visit him, if you're in the area and looking for related products.
