I was not. The product that I wanted was not available to view and when we first went into the shop there was no one available to help.

I needed a bed frame/base of a specific width. (I have a recess that will accommodate a double bed only) but none were on display. The Dreams employee did check the sizes for me, and helped as much as he could, but he couldn't be certain. P.S. you refer to 'colleagues' in 2 of your survey questions. I assumed you meant Dreams employees and answered as such.

Some of the labelling was missing from the mattereses we were interested in which made it confusing initially. Tessa the sales lady was superb and clarified everything to us in a satisfactory manor.

i specially told the saleswoman i would not be home until 15.oo hrs any weekday on the day in question i was contacted at 08.00 am and it would be delivered between 9.15am and 11.15am obviously my delivery comments were ignored.It was only by luck someone has been taken ill and was able to let gain entry.I would not have paid for a redelivery as my instructions were totally ignored

It could have been highly satisfied if there were more products on display, more varieties and more range. Even though we were not highly satisfied but i think we got a good bargain and thus don't have much complain. The customer service assistant helped us with everything we needed.
