Dreams - Colindale

Overall was great, but the girl she's new so she took a while to place my order and to do the credit check. So one of you colleagues he was slightly impatient because he had some customers waiting for him. So he kind of rush the girl who try to help me. I feel a bit uncomfortable

I wasn't highly Satisfied as the staff could've been more nearer and their to help. But apart from that it was a good service and when they came they did help well, so only maybe a quicker service of help but everything else was great.

We ordered from Colindale store who were more than helpful. Before that we had been in your Stevenage store where the service we received was off hand and very unhelpful. Your staff at Stevenage as soon as it was apparent that the wardrobe that we wanted was not on show or available in that shop were only too pleased to see the back of us. No sorry we cannot help or advice on where to go. It was only because when we ordered last year that we knew Colindale would be better

Not enough staff

Because what I brought could've been cheaper.

I just believe the delivery prices where very high, especially when customers are spending hundreds of pounds

Only that to amend my order over the phone my card would not be accepted and l had to return to the shop to physically do it

Still thinking.

I have had to pay £40 for delivery but have to wait over 2 weeks for it to be delivered

The store assistant was very helpful and efficient. However it was a quiet day and he was the only person available in the store. The store was under staff. Other costumers had to wait while he dealt with my enquiries and purchase.
