The finish we wanted for our bedframe was not available in the model we liked.

Because in my opinion highly satisfied is too much nothing is so perfect. We are all human beings. We all makes some mistakes the one way or another. I'm satisfied with the service and the assistant was friendly and helpful

We were interested in a particular ottoman frame but was told it eas not available in king size. Only single or double. Therefore only purchased a mattress from your doze range but would have preferred to buy the full srt all at once.

I knew what I wanted and so it was a very easy sell and was all wrapped up in 10 mins.
