It was impossible to phone the store for 2 whole days the phone went to an answering machine where I repeatedly left my phone number but was never called back

I visited the store to buy headboard for single beds but there were none in the store. I was shown the headboards for double and I had to select from those.

1- I preferred to pay by 48 monthly instead of 20. 2- I preferred short time delivery maximum a week.

The salesman explained the complete process how the bed was made at the manufacturer. We found this very useful.
