There was 1 mattress, that was marked down from £719 to £399. This was an 800 spring hybrid. We purchased the next mattress up, the 1000 spring hybrid, however this was less than the £719 Mattress before discount and there was no discount applied to the one we purchased. We were not sure how the 800 with no discount is more expensive than the 1000 without discount. Your employee was not sure of the reason however it seemed like a clear marketing ploy. Sorry if the feedback is unsavoury, however honesty is the best policy.

Had to wait a short while to pay for matress. Minor though as Ian came and found me.

There was very limited choice of mattresses suitable for bank beds. The one I liked was not only not available in store but it was not possible to order it and the shop assistant said system did not provide the information when it will be back in stock. I had no choice but to go with the mattress I was not very happy with.

Ian was a very courteous salesman. He was attentive without being intrusive. I believe this swayed us to buying at this store rather than John Lewis where we feel is the 'safest' place to buy due to their pricing and excellent customer service. Only negative point from our perspective is that on checking how the Tempur mattress cover was different at Dreams with the 'cool touch' effect, a colleague chipped in to say it cost over £400 for this additional feature. We were not too convinced about this although we were happy to accept that the label on the cover highlighted this feature. All staff including manager were courteous and helpful.

Ordered on 28th Dec but won't be delivered until 29th!! (25th was available but we could not be in on that day - however thats still far too long to wait)

The delivery date is a few days out to what i wanted. I was looking for delivery 30th November and will now be a few days without a bed, as the delivery is scheduled for 3rd Dec. Whilst I was offered Saturday, it will not be possible for me to be there then, so this is less than ideal.

I went into the store and got a quote and ended up placing my order over the phone where a different price was agreed. Also my original quote they gave me the wrong size mattress for the bed frame. My husband then went into pay and we were charged more than what I agreed over the phone
