Time taken to analyse my individualised needs, given several options to choose from proffessional and polite, explained and answered all my questions, gave me enough space and time to finalise my choice.

was welcomed into the store and first let us take a tour looking for our products and then was approached and was asked what was that we were looking and was showed a lot of choices and explanations of each product and demonstrated variety of beds and their comforts with latest technology and throughout observed the social distancing and protection. after choosing our products ordering was very swift and choice of deliveries and dates etc. overall very happy about the service we received and customer care.

I went to the collindale branch and I was served my Riz. He made my entire experience so easy and flowing so well. Catering to call my questions - it was actually because of him my shopping trip was so easy. If any of my friends come to by a matress, I am sending them to him. He is a credit to your business.

1- staff greeting us at the entrance to the store. 2- they offer drinks 3- good advice on sleep matres, pillows, bed 4- They follow Covid Safety guidelines 5- The person who helped me called Sathi and he was so friendly, honest advice, experienced and helpful

Highly satisfied in every respect. Some-what limited choice!?! Thought "machine" for so called posture recognition was a gimmick and utter waste of time. and of NO benefit to purchasing and "feel" of mattress situation.

Michael at Colindale branch was fantastic, his knowledge and advice was great. Friendly person, greeted us and showed us our options for a mattress for our son, knowledge of products was great and allowed us to try the mattresses using pillows and in a covid friendly manner with tissue for hygiene. We tried the sleepmatch machine as we will hopefully be buying a new mattress for ourselves soon and offer us a beverage whilst we were placing our order. Fantastic service.

We were approached by one of the sale advisors as soon as we entered the store. He was highly knowledgeable and directed us to the products we were interested in. Have us a great advice and explained the whole process of purchase

I very much liked the gadget which worked out which mattress might best suit me.

The staff (Michael, I think) who attended to me did so well and was amazing. He's got the best customer service quality.

Mohamed who served me from Colindale Branch was efficient, friendly and highly knowledgeable about the products I was seeking. He gave me time to make a decision whilst offering me a drink. He was pleasant and polite and the whole experience was a delight.
