Great service, exceptionally nice to my two kids also!

I had experienced a very great customer service from Mohamed and Michael and one other sale assistant who were friendly, professional and went above and beyond. You really have great people working on Colindale branch.

The Dreams colleague who was assisting us in selecting our bed (his name was Wojech) was incredibly helpful and gave us good advice in making our choice. He displayed an expert knowledge of the products and was very patient as we were deliberating over our choice. He provided an excellent overall service.

The staff (Mohammed and Michael at Colindale branch specifically) were very attentive and informative, and helped us a lot with our purchase. They knew about the products in detail and recommended specific products due to our preferences, and helped us try them out in a safe and hygienic way.

Mohammed, the assistant in Dreams in Colindale, was extremely helpful.and knowledgeable. He was not pushy and gave us the space and time needed to make up our minds.

Excellent help from Michael - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, offered a drink, helped us with Sleep Match, used hygienic disposable covers on "our" pillows

I went into this store, just to have a look at the items. One of the employees in the person of Mr. Wojciech, greeted me from the door, presenting me with all the products in the store although. I told him that I did not intend to buy anything. The level of training and behavior of this employee make me to buy a mattress. I was served with water and tested the sleepmatch and pillows. It was a nice experience to buy from,, Dreams" shop.

I was served by an extremely friendly employee who was very helpful and not pushy.

Wojciech greeted us as we entered the store and was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He was able to show us the bed and headboards we were interested in and assisted us with the Sleep Match process to help find a mattress too. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and was never pushy about what we should go for. We were also offered water by both Wojciech and another member of staff Sathi who was also friendly.
