Friendly staff Clean store Easy to find what was needed

Rosie was extremely friendly and helpful with excellent product knowledge. We didn’t feel pressured at any time and with Rosie’s help were able to make the right choice.

Explained what I was looking for and shown straight to mattress tried several and then quite quickly found the one I felt was the one for me

The assistant (Rosie) was very knowledgeable, helpful and even stayed late to finalise the purchase. The store's closing time was 18:00 but we needed a little extra time to choose the correct items and we were told not to rush as it was no problem, we even received coffee while choosing the correct bed and mattress.
