Dreams - Banbury

This was my first visit to this branch (Banbury). My partner and I were greated with a warm polite welcome by the assistant - Rosie Barratt (RB17). At no point did either myself or partner feel we were being pressurised into make a decision, in fact the hot beverages helped us to take our time. Rosie listened to our needs and showed us all the possible options and left us to try the mattresses without standing over us. In the end we left the showroom to clear or heads before returning an hour later with or decision and request to order the bed and mattress. Rosie explained the process and helped us make the right decision. I would certainly recommend calling at this store and although I'm sure the other staff are equally competent I would certainly suggest seeking Rosie out. Many thanks for great service, charming personality and hopefully a good night's sleep.

Staff very good and polite, explained the different mattresses and what the colour scheme means on each one. When came to order staff very quick and efficient and all details on my email when I got home 10 minutes later.

Our sales advisor, Naju was highly efficient and had fantastic product knowledge. His customer service was exemplirary.

Rosie 2 was very knowledgeable and helpful

Rosie was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, presenting us with a selection of options. All staff members were accommodating especially with our 2 young children who enjoyed running round the store. Overall the whole experience was easy and enjoyable. We won't hesitate to shop at dreams again.

My whole experience was relaxed yet efficient. I was left to have a look around before being asked if I needed help. Quite nice really rather than feeling pounced upon. I was given plenty of time to make up my mind and even offered coffee whilst I deliberated. The service was informative, knowledgeable and patient!

Walked in the store and left in less than 5 minutes order complete

Very friendly attentive staff. We were even offered a cup of tea/coffee/water. The staff made sure we were always being looked after and were available for any questions we may have had.

Good customer service

Rosie was great with the purchase of our new bed I have been looking for a new bed for about 3 months now and have been to lots of shops and not purchase anything but as soon as I walked into this shop in Banbury I felt comfortable and Rosie offered us drinks and was not pushy with any of the purchase. I spent properly £1000 more than I was looking to spent and this is due to Rosie and her experience and making us comfortable. I will be recommending this shop to all my friends and family in the future.
