OWING TO THE DIRE NEED OF PURCHASING A NEW KINGSIZE MATTRESS I INITIALLY RESEARCHED OTHER SUPPLIERS IN OUR AREA VIA THE INTERNET BUT DREAMS WAS THE ONLY SITE THAT CAME UP WITH A POSITIVE GUIDE IN WHAT TO BUY. WHEN MY WIFE AND I VISITED YOUR BANBURY BRANCH WE WERE MET BY ROSEMARY WHO VERY THOROUGHLY ANALYSED OUR REQUIREMENT AND DEMONSTRATED A WIDE VARIETY OF ITEMS IN STORE, OFFERING US TEA OR COFFEE WHILST WE REVIEWED ALL PRODUCTS AVAILABLE. SHE EXPLAINED ALL THE TYPES OF MATTRESS AVAILABLE, HOW YOUR SALES WORK AND DELIVERY TERMS ECT. NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH OF AN EFFORT FOR HER. WE WERE THEN LEFT ALONE FOR A WHILE FOR US TO DISCUSS OUR PLANS. THERE WAS NO PRESSURE APPLIED AND WE HAD A SECOND OFFER OF TEA OR COFFEE, WHICH IS ALWAYS WELCOME. AFTER SOME CONSIDERABLE TIME WE THEN APPROACHED ROSEMARY WITH OUR DECISION AND THE PURCHASE WAS MADE. EXCELLENT SERVICE PROVIDED BY A VERY PLEASANT MEMBER OF STAFF.

On the first fact finding visit, the sales person, Rosie, is extremely knowledgeable about your products. She was able to steer me in the right direction and to offer me alternative options with every question. I was very impressed by her. On my second visit in order to make the purchase, Rosie was on a day off. However, her colleague Ashley assisted me and was, again, able to offer me various options. I came back to the mattress I had originally tried and I was very pleased with the whole experience.

The assistant who helped us (Rosie) with knowledgeable and very friendly. We were pleased with the mattresses available on sale, and confident that we had chosen the right one for us.

Staff were welcoming and listened to my requirements. I tried numerous beds and was guided by their knowledge of the products. Having had spinal surgery my requirements were specific and detailed. The staff instore were patient and put no pressure on me whatsoever. However, the pressure in my back was relieved by the product I chose. The product sold itself.
