Excellent assistance from Rosie who was clearly knowledgeable about the products and therefore helped us to decide exactly what we required.

Service was good,not pushy, but gave time to consider.

As soon as we entered the Banbury store and made our way to the beds we were approached by Naju wth a smile and 'can I help you' .we explained that we were looking for a new mattress. Naju appeared with 2 tempur pillows that we moved from mattress to mattress laying on each one to try them for comfort. We were in the store for some time, but did not feel rushed to either make a purchase or leave. All the different mattresses were explained to us. Tea and coffee were you offered. This was the only bed store we visited as the service had been so good felt no need to look elsewhere. We made our purchase along with 2 Tempur pillows.
