Ashley at the Banbury store was very au fait with all the products and demonstrated the differences between various appropriate options for my requirements. He was very helpful but not at all pressurising. He also carried some items I bought in the store to my car and loaded them safely.

The gentleman assistant was immediately on his feet offering his help as we arrived. We were wanting to replace a mattress we already bought from you some years ago with the same again and he was able to show us the latest version and similar choices. The whole process was smooth, knowledgeable and easy to conclude.
