Assistance from member of staff was very professional. Was able to use special machine to assess and confirm appropriate mattress strength. Service quick and efficient.

Both assistants were friendly and helpful. I was greeted once in store and wasn’t followed around and badgered with sales talk. I felt comfortable to shop and ask advice freely. The product knowledge was clear from the staff and I could understand the different types of beds and frames. Very good staff and clean store

Rosie, and her colleagues could not of done more for us and our highly sprung 2.5 year old. They made us tea gave us biscuits and entertained him. We were able to take time to pick our new mattress and although we had not planned to buy that day the top notch service changed our minds

Initially doing a comparison quote, not a massive difference in price but Naju was extremely helpful and informative. Felt less like a hard sale and a real person with great product knowledge and people skills. Obviously we love the bed but the experience meant we stayed and eventually placed an order.
