Dreams - Banbury

I was greeted by Rosie within minutes of arriving in the store. I explained what I was looking for and she introduced me to the new technology to analyse my sleeping patterns. This was a mattress for a spare room so I lowered the budget - but Rosie showed me several options. I was offered a cup of tea, and I was in and out the shop within 40 mins. Very efficient and very impressed.

We visited to look for a new mattress although we were not exactly sure what type of mattress we wanted. Rosie introduced herself and pointed out different types of mattresses and mentioned the sleepmatch but left us to browse. After a while, we approached Rosie and asked to try the sleepmatch which she immediately arranged for us. Afterwards, Rosie pointed out several different mattresses, which we tried out and purchased our favourite. We have purchased a combination mattress which we have not tried before so we hope we have made the correct decision. Rosie did explain about the 40 night comfort guarantee but we hope we won't need to use it. All in all, it was a pleasant experience (apart with having to part with money) and Rosie was very professional and friendly. An asset to your company.

I needed a new mattress and had no idea what sort I wanted. The assistant Naju took time to explain different types and also to find out my preferences. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured into making a purchase and he gave me space and time to consider the different products.

Naju was extremely polite, very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt he really cared about my situation and did his very best to help me. His colleague was also very pleasant. I was recommended to use the Banbury branch by a family member and must say I was highly satisfied with all aspects of my visit.

Rosie was very helpful. We were put on a bed machine which apparently selected the type of mattress which would be best for us, and we were given a selection to try. This helped very much as it gave us a short list to choose from, as we had no idea where to start. We were given a lovely cup of tea and biscuits, and Rosie kept us informed as she did the paper-work. Delivery is going to be very quick, so we were very happy with this. It made a difficult job very easy.
