Rosie looked after us and took care of us very well, it was an unbelievable display of customer service! She listened to what we were after and her product knowledge was next to none! We even got a cup of tea!

Naju was incredibly warm and friendly and took the time to understand our needs. He suggested things we hadn't considered. He was highly knowledgeable about the products on offer. He is the best customer service we've had in Banbury or indeed in the UK for a while.

Naju' s customer service was excellent.

We did the sleep match which helped to choose our mattress. We were offered tea and coffee during our visit and also offered pillows.

The sales person at my local Banbury Dreams showroom, Mr Naju, was very pleasant and very helpful. He listened to what I was looking for and made suggestions without being intrusive. He was also careful to explain all the details concerning my order. The showroom was clean, bright and spacious, and it was enjoyable to walk around to see what was a very good selection of beds and mattresses etc. I have bought beds from Dreams in the past and would not hesitate to recommend it.

Nothing too much trouble to help with our needs, as the purchase was for a 95 year old who was present with us. She was made to feel comfortable throughout.
