I have had a stroke so get stressed having to shop alone. The lad who helped me was fantastic. He put me at ease and helped me with everything. I am moving house after a messy divorce and my funds are tight. Ihave no furniture so have to make my money stretch. Although I prefered a much dearer bed I couldn't afford it and he helped me find one within my budget that was still very comfortable. I was also worrying about delivery dates as removal date is still debateable but I didn't want to sleep on the floor. He assured me that so long as they had notice if the date changed they can rearrange a different delivery day this was the reason I went ahead and purchased the bed.

Ashley was excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly. He was attentive without being 'in your face'. It was overall a very easy process.

Rosie who assisted me recognised me from a previous visit and remembered what we had looked at before. I was initially researching and on the second visit narrowing down options for my son for a new bed. Rosie was very knowledgeable and friendly and we had what we needed sorted in no time. She did a quote and although I wanted to bring my son in to the store to finalise his choice that was not possible. however because of the confidence and knowledge Rosie had demonstrated I felt comfortable after discussing it with my son to place the order over the phone with the store. I now just await the product and hope the next step of our order runs as smoothly.

Good Parking and access. The item we were interested in was on display and the assistant was a great help.

The Dreams machine that showed us which beds were most suitable for us was extremely useful as it saved us wasting time trying beds that weren't right.

We were warmly greeted upon entering the store by Naju and given time to browse before being approached. Naju asked about my specific needs and guided me towards mattresses suitable for me. He took time to explain about each mattress and its benefits and allowed me time on my own to try each one. He demonstrated excellent product knowledge had an efficient and pleasant manner and approach to customer service.

The quality of the product is good,the staff is friendly and helpful.Rosie was very nice and understanding.
