I had an excellent experience in the Dreams Banbury store. I had an idea of what I wanted before entering however after spending time with Naju (the man that helped me, over and beyond) he guided me into the best mattress and base for me. He allowed me plenty of time to test each mattress. He was attentive however not pushy in anyway, giving me space when I needed it but always hand when I had a question and made my overall experience a pleasure. I was nervous before entering as it’s such a large purchase however with Naju’s guidance and advice, I left the store feeling confident and pleased with my purchase. I really can’t tell you how much of a credit to your company that Naju is.

Robert and his colleague in store went above and beyond finding the right bed frame and mattress for our needs. They were super accommodating and friendly! This is the 2nd time I’ve bought from Dreams and I’ll definitely be going back to the team at Banbury. Thanks guys

The gentleman who looked after me was efficient, courteous, friendly knowledgeable and helpful. There seemed to be a friendly atmosphere within the store, even though it was busy at the time of my visit.

The salesman was very helpful and insured we choose the correct mattress for us and helped a lot along the way.
