The sales man was very helpful and friendly was not pushy in trying to get a sale unlike other stores we visited

We went to Dreams to buy a mattress. Naju greeted us and was very helpful, polite and patient. We ended up buying not only a mattress, but a bed frame, wardrobe, two sets of chest of drawers. The service was on the maximum, delivery and assembly was done really quickly and professionally.

Rosie was very friendly and knowledgeable about the mattresses, using the sleepmatch system to pick our most suited mattress types. We were given as much time as we wanted to try different beds and were offered refreshments whilst we were deciding. Rosie ensured we had a very pleasant and relaxed experience whilst choosing our new mattress. We were very pleased to be able to take the tempur pillows home with us without having to wait for them to be delivered with the mattress. We can't wait for our new mattress to arrive.
