We were assisted and guided by Naju, and the experience was fantastic. He guided us on the right mattresses and Duvets to buy. He helped us take an experience at the store which would help us understand the right kind of a mattress that me and my husband should buy for wonderful sleeping experience. His knowledge on store products was outstanding and he spent adequate time understanding our requirements and accordingly serviced the need. The store was very well managed and the overall purchase experience was a personalized one. Hence our experience at the store was a highly satisfied one. we are sure to make more purchases in the future from Dreams. And we are glad we were assisted by Naju which made the whole experience seamless. Thank you Naju and dreams for helping us with this Purchase.

We approached the Sales Assistant, Rosie and told her exactly what we were looking for. She took us straight to the Sleepmatch bed to establish the firmness of the mattress required and then to the style of bed wanted and explained what choices we had and took us through the whole process.

Kiefer from the Banbury store went above and beyond to ensure my experience was seamless, easy to understand and did not pressure me to purchase at all. His service was outstanding and I do hope he is recognised formally from this.

We made an appointment via the website , were greeted at the doors by Naju who couldn’t do more to assist us . My partner uses a wheelchair so sometimes this can be difficult in stores but not all at Dreams , we used the automatic sleep assessment machine and were guided through our options by Naju , he could not have been better . He was polite , showed kindness and consideration to our needs especially that of my partner and led us to lay on all the options that suited our requirements , what’s really worth pointing out was Naju never pushed us into making a decision , he did not need to push up sales as the product themselves spoke for themselves and we were happy to include some on top purchases . Naju was truly helpful , took his time explains the finance options and made everything very clear . He is a jewel in your crown and thankyou , the tea and coffee was a nice touch and well received given the time .

We were duly impressed with the layout and presentation of the available beds/mattresses. We were very surprised and delighted to be able to take advantage of the Sleepmatch system and impressed by its facilities which were most helpful.

Our Assistant, Naju, was exceptionally helpful, attentive, polite and knowledgable. A very pleasant person.

The Sales Assistant who helped me, I think his name was Naju, was extremely helpful and knowledgable. It is so rare to find someone in sales who actually can advise on the products in a way that genuinely takes into consideration what you are looking for, rather than just what they want to sell to you!
