Sales member Rosie greeted me with a warm welcome, offered me a drink, listened to my needs and used her knowledge to narrow down a suitable choice of mattress .

Naju helped us find the appropriate matress with the bed fitting machine. Also there were a good selection of beds for our price range.

Both time we visted the store we received really good service. The assistants where helpfully and attentive to what we needed. We where really impressed with the service and quality of the beds

My mother is 88 years old, severely sight impaired and disabled. The assistant took time to explain the various options, make suggestions and answer her question with a lot of patience. He asked immediately about whether she was registered disabled so could claim the VAT reductions was friendly and polite throughout.

WE serched for bed and mattres for 2 months , geting into different stores trying, testing but only. Naju from Banbury branch helped us like nowhere else. Explained, showed and highly understood our needs and situation. Quality of bed and mattres are great and i can not recomend enough the service provided in store. With professionals in Banbury store you will be highly pleased.
