Rosie, at the BANBURY store was just fantastic!! Spent a long time with us over 2 visits to the store. Very knowledgeable, took time with us but not overly pushy and did not pressurise which always puts me off. Delightful lady!

We were assisted by Rosie at Banbury store and she could not have been more helpful. She was very knowledgeable and took the guess work out of the equation for us and was very professional in assisting us. We were started with the sleepmatch, we were given pillows to try and beds to sample and compare and we were given drinks as well. It took us a little while to come to a conclusion over what we preferred but Rosie was very patient and very understanding. Highly recommended.
