Rosemary at the Banbury store provided me with extremely good customer service. Not only was she knowledgeable but also friendly and approachable. She managed to locate the item I required instantly and also managed to advise me on other products that I went on to purchase and I was extremely satisfied with my bedding purchases. She even carried my double mattress to my car! I would not hesitate to return and recommend this store to family and friends.

I knew exactly what I wanted and Sales was so helpful I was in and out after buying my bed in no time at all ,also was given a lovely cup of coffee .

The item I was looking for was in store and could be taken away the same day. Having been on line to get the same item would have taken approximately another week for delivery and I may not have been around when the item was delivered.

The staff were very helpful. Ceipali was the name of the person helping us, she helped us choose exactly what we need didn't rush took time to show us the difference between the products. Put me on a special mattresse so I could find the best one for me. Offer me drinks and was good with my kids. Just a lovely experience from when we walked in till we left the shop very good.

Naju was very helpful during mine and my partners visit to the store. We was looking for a new bed and mattress ready for our new home together and Naju made our experience very good. His knowledge on the products he was selling was brilliant and sold them to us so easily. Thank you for such good customer service.
