Rosie was brilliant and gave me all the advise I needed. Without her experience I don’t think I would of found the perfect mattress.

the sales assistant Rosie was extremely friendly and helpful, had a very good product knowledge of the items we purchased, she spent a great amount of time explaining what the product was made of and helped us buy the best product suited to us, overall extremely satisfied, this is why we have always purchased our products from Dreams.

Rosie was very understanding towards our needs and greatly helped us in making our decisions.

From my first phone enquiry to check if we could try a specific make(Hypnos) I was told about sleepmatch. Rosie took my name and greeted us by name in store. We were impressed with the sleepmatch advise and used this to try various types of mattress. We weren’t hurried at all, and felt able to keep going back to different mattresses to make sure we were making the right decision.

We were served by a lady named Rosie. Scottish accent. So very helpful and knowledgeable without ever being pushy. She spent lots of time helping us choose the right product for us. The product we bought would likely have been cheaper online and we’d usually go and look online but this time we thought that the care and attention Rosie showed us was worth paying in store prices.
