Dreams - Banbury

Rosie was great and really listened to what I was spooking for rather than showing me what most people look for as I had very specific requirements. She showed me a good rage of products and really hit the nail on the head with the kind of mattress I wanted even though it was the opposite of what the machine said I needed. Really great service and I would go back to her again.

The customer service was excellent. We were served by Naju from the Banbury store. He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect mattress. He was really friendly and helpful, made our visit a very happy one! I couldn’t be more pleased with my mattress.

We were helped immediately on entering the store by Naju. He was friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. We were offered beverages which was a nice touch. Naju sorted everything from beginning to end and made everything go very easily. After this experience, we would definitely visit Dreams at Banbury again in the future.

Gary the salesman who assisted us in Banbury, took our details using a machine that tested the way we sleep, and then this gave us the best bed that would suit our needs, and the bed the machine suggested was perfect for our requirements. We were very impressed! Gary thought of all the options that we might require. He really understood exactly what we wanted.

Naju was highly customer focused. He took us through the practical test to find the right mattress for us as a couple. He gave us advice and also private time to discuss. I wish all sales staff were like Naju. A pleasure to work with.
