Dreams - Banbury

Greeted by 2 very friendly staff. Rosie (Banbury store) took care of me, listened to what I was looking for and took me over to the Sleep Match. The machine is fab! I ended up choosing a mattress that was top of the list, although I didn't know this until Rosie told me at checkout. She got me various pillows to also try, I did buy 2. She made me a lovely milky coffee, I told her it was actually nicer than Costa! Rosie was a lovely lady and I'm not entirely sure I would have made the purchase today if I was served by someone else. She knew her stuff and that made me feel confident in the purchase I was about to make. The two pillows I purchased are amazing! I unfortunately had to choose a delivery date for the mattress that is 2 weeks away, but that is due commitments in my diary and any fault of Dreams.

A member of staff greeted me straight away and made sure I was made to feel welcome.

The staff at the Banbury branch were exceptional. Gary and his colleagues all went above and beyond to try to source a bed frame to go with the mattress that I also purchased. All three staff members that I met were friendly and knowledgeable, which made finding the right mattress very straight forward. I would highly recommend visiting the Banbury branch.

The whole experience was an absolute pleasure. Our consultant was first class with both her friendliness and knowledge.

We were looking for a basic bed for our spare room and found the one we needed very quickly. However, we are also considering replacing our mattress in the next 6 months and Gary was very helpful in his advice following a Sleepmatch session. Great technology and we loved (and agreed on) 3 of the 6 suggested mattresses. Gary also offered us a drink and was very courteous. We didn’t feel under any pressure to buy but Gary made helpful suggestions throughout our experience. First class customer service!

THE STAFF WERE VERY ATTENTIVE AND HELPFUL. VERY GOOD IDEA USING THE MACHINE TO WORK OUT THE MATRESS WHICH IS BEST FOR YOU.
