Dreams - Banbury

We were unsure what product to purchase, but the Dreams assistant walked us through the options and made our choice quite easy.

Naju was extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable and very quickly understood our needs and provided us with a selection of products to consider. He also gave us plenty of time and space to make a decision but was on hand to help when we had questions. Overall it was an excellent experience with a friendly service.

Your colleague Rosie was an absolute superstar! We got into the store a bit before closing just to see what we could get at the store, and we walked out with a bed, two bases and a bunch of expertise and knowledge given by Rosie. She put us on the test machine, and was super patient while we tried out all the beds that were suggested, whittling it down to the one we purchased. Absolutely fantastic and first class service by her! Massively impressed!!
