Dreams - Banbury

I was only coming in to have a look at different options as my rooms are being refurbished. I was bowled over by the amazing service offered by Naju at Dreams Banbury store.

Friendly knowledgeable staff

I walked in to only 'have a look' at the range available and was assisted immediately by the lovely Rosie. She was super friendly and also knowledgable. She offered me a tea or coffee, but I had not long had a coffee so I politely declined. I was shown to the bed to assess my sleep style and the pressure points which was so comfy I was really relaxed. The results were great too. Rosie understood I was looking for a super king and asked if I wanted brand new or would I consider ex display, to which I replied, I was open minded. Rosie found me the most amazing deal with an ex display. It looks great, feels great and the Tempur pillows are amazing. I cannot wait to try those out tonight! Delivery is this Friday, which is brilliant as I'm on a week off of work, so suits me great. I have paid to have the old mattress taken away and the new bed installed, I feel that's good value for me. I cannot wait to take delivery of our new bed to be honest and I would certainly return to Dreams in Banbury in future.

The customer service was fantastic. The meet and greet staff was the Manager of the Dreams store we visited. Mr Gary was very welcoming and patient while he took us round to make our choice. Nice cup of tea was offered. Can't fault anything whatsoever.

The store was very clean and welcoming. The person who dealt with us, Naju was absolutely brilliant and spent time discussing, showing us beds and your device for testing our needs was also brilliant.

Rosie was fantastic. I was quite stressed as a result of a bed nearly collapsing in one of my b&b rooms and Rosie did everything she could to reassure me I was making the right purchase. A mug of sweet, hot tea also hit the mark. Thank you, Rosie.
