Rosie was very helpful at the Banbury store. She guided us through the sleepmatch machine and got us a cuppa and pillows. Tried various mattresses and she knew where they were and what was suitable as I am disabled. She answered every question and gave us time to make our decision. She also managed to save us some money on the added guarantee. Highly recommend her and now look forward to our bed and mattress arriving soon. Thank you
