Well this is the second time we have bought items from Dreams Banbury. The first time we bought a bed and a mattress. This time just a mattress for another bed. So I think that speaks for itself that we returned again. Also I have to say that the delivery men were very pleasant, and let us know the time slot when they would be here.

Extremely friendly polite lady assisted me. Was very informative and helpful with my choice.

We were greeted by Rosie’s colleague who listened to our query. She passed us over to Rosie who also tried hard to solve the issue. Both ladies were friendly and responsive to our needs. We were offered refreshments while we waited and at each point Rosie shared what was happening during our sale.

Spent the day in Milton Keynes, so dropped into Dreams there, then went shopping. I was going to order from the MK branch and then rang Rosie at the Banbury store, as it was my local store...& asked why I should come to the Banbury store and order instead of ordering in the MK store where I was....The way she took my call (after 2 rings) and dealt with my questioning I just had to come to the Banbury Branch, I don’t usually follow up a retail purchase with feedback, but felt the way Rosie works for your company, you need to know, she obviously enjoys her job and is very good at it. When I met her, I had to ask if she was the manager, I was amazed when she said NO!! Please pass on my best regards to Rosie and thank her for the way she dealt with us today, she really needs a pat on the back!!

I visited the dreams store in Banbury to buy a mattress and a bed frame. All members of staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Cripali assisted me in the store to find the perfect mattress, she helped me to do the sleep match assessment and then showed me multiple mattresses that were suited to me and in my price range. I found the perfect mattress and Cripali was extremely helpful with the ordering and delivery process. Cripali also helped me choose a tempur pillow which I love and was able to give me the best possible price for my whole purchase. Overall extremely impressed with the customer service at Dreams Banbury, staff took the time to listen to my wants and needs and help me find the best products and price for me. Dreams Banbury now will always be my first choice shop.

My husband and I were served by Rosie, she was absolutely fantastic, full of positive energy, knew what she was talking about and she was quick and efficient. In the end my husband and I purchased a mattress that matched our requirements and since its arrival we have tested it and so far we have been very happy with it. I would like to add that the mattress was delivered and taken upstairs by Dean and Charlie who were friendly and helpful so thanks to the guys for their great service. Overall, a very happy customer.
