Dreams - Banbury

Rosie approached us on entering your Banbury store and was absolutely brilliant. She explained everything to us and her knowledge on every bed and mattress we looked at was vast. She was in no way pushing us for time and let us mull things over and over until we were 100 percent happy with our choice. Ordering was easy and delivery time except able For our needs.

We had been doing research about mattresses and had visited Furniture Village, Benson's for beds, lee longlands, John Lewis and Dreams. Among all the stores we visited , we couldn't find anyone who was as professional and confident ,knowledgeable about products as Naju from Banbury store who was fantastic. He explained about sleepmatch and offered us all the services. We are delighted with us purchase and looking forward to receiving our goods.

Friendly, knowledgeable lady served us. She was honest and transparent and made us feel valued as a customer.

As I entered the shop i was greeted within 2 min which was great by Naju. He then took me to the mattress sleep match test and I was told I was a medium. He then took me around to different mattress I tested, and to see what I preferred and was very patient with me and didn’t rush me at all. Naju provided me with great customer service and explained every mattress in detail.

The member of staff were extremely friendly and had us try various different mattresses and also the machine that chooses the best mattress for you. They answered all our questions without hesitance and also provided us with all the information we could ask for.

The service was fantastic honest and not pushy one bit we visited the banbury store and was served by rose a lovely Scottish lady we found the perfect bed and left very happy. We think rose should be recognised for her high level of service brand knowledge and personal touch. I work as senior in a very similar role and an employee's like rose are hard to find.
