Dreams - Banbury

Dreams was a fantastic place to visit .. after a life saving operation I decided to treat myself so I could get a decent night sleep . Rosie who greeted me at the door was extremely helpful .. we had a lovely cup of coffee . I didn’t feel pressured or rushed into choosing something. I would highly recommend Dreams to anyone .

The staff were very helpful in helping me find the perfect bed. The sleep machine was very helpful and accurate in helping me choose the perfect mattress. Staff were understanding when I struggled to make my mind up. Overall very good service and friendly.

The quality of assistance from the team within the store and from Naju in particular was exceptional. Although they were always on hand to respond to our questions, we did not at any time feel pressured into buying.

Just to clarify because your questionnaire didn't allow for it - but we visited during the morning whilst taking a short holiday break in Banbury and saw the item we liked but didn't place the order until return home to Surrey in the afternoon having confirmed the measurements were appropriate for the intended space for it. The Sales Assistant Rosie - fully appreciated our intentions and wasn't pushy in any way (which we liked) - she was very helpful and pleasant hence our wish to place the order via her rather than just on-line.

We came to dreams after having visited several other bed shops and not finding anything we liked. We genuinely thought we would have to keep the old bed that we had and continue to suffer sleepless nights. That is until we came to the Banbury store and we were welcomed instantly it took about an hour, however when your shopping for something as important as a new bed I think that's fast. Naju the salesman who sold us our bed took us through everything and was very patient and had expert knowledge. He showed us multiple mattresses and also promised to do his best on the sale. He wasn't pushy and was overall very friendly. When we finally found our bed he brought us threw the process very quickly and delivered excellent customer service. Overall I was blown away by the whole experience and am very happy to be receiving my bed from dreams.

The assistant at Banbury (Ashley) could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable or patient! First class.

Customer service was great, plus shopping for 2 new beds with a 2 year old in tow. They were very helpful and kept the little one occupied with biscuits.
