We were greeted by friendly staff. We could see the sofa beds on entry so made our own way to look at them, but your staff member saw that we required assistance to understand how to put it up / take it down etc. He appeared, unreckoned and showed us what we needed to know, then left us to talk together about our needs. The ordering process was simple, and again, all staff members were extremely friendly. Thank you.

Rosie, the sales assistant, was very knowledgeable. The "diagnostic" bed was useful in narrowing down the mattresses we needed to look at, and in giving confidence that we were choosing a mattress which would be comfortable for us.

Naju was brilliant, some of the best customer service we've ever experienced, so rare nowadays but so good when you experience it. Excellent in every way. Thank you.

Today we was served by Rosie at the store in Banbury. She was extremely helpful she did the sleepmatch test for us. And helped us find a suitable base and mattress. Also made us coffee. 👍🏼
