Dreams - Banbury

I came into dreams expecting to be hassled into making a purchase, both Ashley and Rosie was both accommodating too my needs. Made me a cup of tea and made me feel well so welcome. I honestly felt like they had my best interest at heart and was so grateful I came into the Banbury store, after my horrid experience at bensons for beds.

Staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Knew what I wanted as had seen online but webtvibti the shop to see close up, member of staff with me straight away and very friendly.

We were given lots of options and able to try out the special bed to see what weight of mattress was best

The Gentleman who helped me pick a mattress for my daugther even brought me round to buying a brand new matteress and high sleeper for my son too! He was so friendly and it doesnt matter what i asked he made sure every bit off infomation was correct even though it was nearly closing time! he was in no rush and i felt very happy with the service. would love to come in for a new bed and matteress for myself if the right price was negotiated! :)

The young assistant was very helpful and at no time tried to sell us anything she served which is what we wanted not high pressure sales

Very helpful sales personnel, answered all my questions , friendly and even offered me a cup of tea!

Rosie was very knowledgable about the products we were looking for and as I’m disabled she took extra time to help us, we both tried the sleep match and were offered coffee and better pillows to try we both left very satisfied with the service we received.
