The shop assistant Naju in Banbury was simply amazing. He was so friendly, informative and able to answer our questions and provide us with the information we needed to make our decision. We had the best shopping experience I have ever had in buying a bed. On top of this he also made us a cup of tea and I really appreciated that.

Assistant was helpful and courteous. Greeted us on arrival, gave us a little time to look around before asking if she could help. Efficient and helpful.

The assistant spent a great deal of time explaining the products and benefits and used the sleep monitor to create the prefect bed and mattress combo for us.

I initially booked in for a sleep match test. From this moment on I was seen to by Neju who was nothing but brilliant, helpful and professional. He listens to my needs and used his knowledge of the products to give me a wide variety of offers but never came across as ‘sales focused’ only helpful.
