Rosie, the colleague who served us was helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy - she did a great job.

Upon entry into the Banbury store, we were greeted with hand sanitiser which gave us comfort in our shopping. We were allowed to venture around ourselves but asked if we needed anything at first and when we said we are just looking we were left to do just that, so no pressure at all. When we got to the sleep master, Naju was so polite with assisting us and then took us on a journey through the store to see and try the different types of mattresses etc. In the end our final decision was all thanks to Naju and his knowledge and great customer service was greatly appreciated in making our first visit to Dreams a successful and enjoyable one.

The Lady was very helpful in showing us the different types of Bed frame, that we were looking for. Excellent service, knowledgeable but without being pushy.
