Myself, husband and 22 month old went to the Banbury store to look for our new bed. The sales assistant Rosie was very helpful and understanding of exactly what we were after, which was king size with storage. Our 22 month old did decide to play up during our visit here and Rosie even kindly offered our daughter a biscuit and drink - which went down a treat! Thank you for all your help Rosie - we cannot wait for our bed to be delivered!

Naju was extremely helpful in helping me identify the best mattress firmness. He listened to what i was looking for in terms of bed and mattress and gave me good advice. When I explained my dream bed - he then led me to the ex-display bed he sold to me for a very good price along with a mattress and bundle with duvet etc. I was totally amazed at his customer service - so friendly, helpful and also not out to rip me off- but to help me save money. I was so grateful!
