The staff we're friendly and helpful, discussed our requirements and showed us various products. Personally the very fact that there were actual staff able and willing to assist me was highly satisfying, added to which they were happy pleasant people made a welcome change from the usual service we are expected to accept in the majority of shops these days.

Rob listened carefully to our needs and gave us plenty of time to try different mattresses. He answered questions helpfully and clearly knew what he was talking about.

Customer service rep was very competent, patient. Very pleasant. Bed is taking a little over a week to arrive which could be better. When calling to pay there was an issue with the system in taking my card so rep had to call me back. He was very polite and called back quickly. I was then offered additional free pillows which was a nice surprise. The bed we bought was perhaps more expensive than we were expecting and ideally could have been cheaper.
