Naju in Banbury was amazing, he took us round the store showing us all the different bed types and explaining how they were all different and how they would help us, we used sleepmatch as well which was great. Naju also explained different pillow types for me and my partner depending on our needs, he listened to what we wanted and really gave us the dreams experience. We came out buying a bed and frame which we are both really excited about, would definitely recommend!

The costumer service was impeccable and the scan as most helpful. It was wonderful to be able to try the different mattresses before buying. I entered the store with the intention to see some prices and just try a few mattresses, however, ended up buying anew mattress and extras due to Cripali's excellent costumer service attendance.

Staff at your banbury store were brilliant, very knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly. No pressure sale, just there when you needed them. I only went in to have a look and ended up buying a mattress for £1299. This was down to how great your staff were.
