I went to Dreams in Banbury with the intention of just trying a few mattresses to see what I like (I'm in desperate need of a new one!) and left with a really great deal for a Tempur mattress. The store manager, Naju, was extremely helpful, very polite, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me, go over various mattress options, and answer any questions I may have (while also dealing with other customers). It was one of the best customer service experiences I had in a very long time. The store was very clean, and it was also very easy to social distance. I felt safe in the store, and able to take the time to find the best mattress for me (not always an easy task!).
