Shop assistant Naju was excellent. He listen to what we want and our needs and he delivered. When we were not sure he give us feed back. Also, he offered the choose mattress software program and we were very impress with his excellent customer skills. Feeling very appreciated and welcome. He offered water and that was a great plus. He deserved to be in that store because there was no pressure, he knows his stock and he delivered feedback with objective points.

The very helpful sales person showed me several mattresses to choose from. He checked my posture suitability on a special bed machine in store. To help make my correct choice of mattress strength. The Mattress I tried was spray prepared because of the virus safety regulation, which the sales person explained. The store was light and airy. Even on that hot day. I was offered bottle of water as the day was hot. I did choose to buy a mattress and the sales person was very helpful in explaining the process and the details for delivery. I thoroughly enjoyed the process.
