I was served by Robert who was knowledgable, really helpful and very friendly. He was not pushy but guided me through the items I needed. I felt he knew his products well and was able to explain why he was recommending what he was. Whilst I was served by Robert the entire team were friendly and helpful. A stock take was being completed whilst I was visiting so the order was completed manually and then updated once the system was back up, during the time the delivery slot I had originally been allocated had gone so Robert personally called to offer an alternative.

From the moment we arrived in the store our needs were catered for, in a personal friendly approach, not only by the salesman directly looking after us, but by all the colleagues in the store - it made the experience very pleasant.
