We were served by Rosie at the Banbury branch and from the minute we walked in she made us feel welcome. She asked some questions to get to the bottom of what we were looking for, placed us on the sleep monitor and we took it from there. It really was so easy, professional and friendly. Would def recommend and when we’re due to change our Tempur Mattress it’s Rosie we’ll go and see.
