From the moment we arrived, Naju was extremely friendly, helpful, honest and attentive. I cant rate his customer service highly enough. He wore his mask, kept his distance, offered us bottles of water and overall we felt very taken care of. The store was spotless, ordered our mattress on Tuesday and it's being delivered 4 days later which is fantastic. Very happy overall.

I had previously been to another company to look at buying a bed mattress and bed but found they was very pushy the staff wasn't interested in my needs or my price range, but at your store in Banbury the staff was very helpful and really listened to what I wanted and I had lots of choice. The Staff in the Banbury store had good product knowledge and took time to find out our needs. We did not feel pressured into buying anything with no hard sell. I was impressed that we were given the option to test a wide variety of mattresses and were not immediately shown high end or high priced items.
