We purchased a sofabed and were assisted by the Manager who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were guided in each step of the purchase process and were very satisfied with everything. All Covid safety measures were in place.

The salesman at the Banbury store, Naju, was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He could not do more for us including getting us a drink while we made our purchase. Despite the store being busy and Naju dealing with several customers at the same time, he made time for us and gave us time to think. It was excellent service!

We were greeted and we explained what we needed. We were given an overview where to find what we were looking for and then left alone with looking around without being disturbed which we highly rate. Well done.
