Having purchased a bed and mattress from the Banbury store before, we knew the quality of service and products were of a very high standard. This visit was for a mattress for my daughter, the staff were very helpful, in fact, they couldn't do enough for us. Very knowledgeable and made some very good recommendations. We made another purchase with ease and the speedy free delivery meant we will not be waiting long for it to arrive, 6 days in fact!! Truly a happy long term customer.

Glad we came to Dreams, we went to Benson for Beds first and the atmosphere of the stop was totally different.

I was recognised by name as I had made an inquiry by phone. I was able to use facilities eg toilet. The staff were very friendly, well informed and patient. I was offered water. The covid masks and distancing were observed at all times. Hygiene was observed with covering for pillows. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.
