Naju's customer service was excellent, very warm and very welcoming, although he was the only person at the store but he was dealing with all the customers with very politely and I told him what I wanted and he actually got exactly I wanted. Something very affordable, within my budget and he didnot forget to upsell me some pillows and mattress cover within my orginal budget and within very affordable price. This was my first in Dreams I honestly will return again in future and especially in Banbury store.
