We were given a few minutes to browse before being offered help and therefore did not feel 'pounced' on. Within just a minute or two of speaking to us your sales colleague understood exactly what we wanted, gave a recommendation and some technical explanation and most importantly, did not try to push us into buying something expensive. I felt he was respectful and understood our budget. He saved us lots of time and effort and found the perfect mattress for us. It was slightly more expensive than the one I thought I had come to buy but he found us a better one which was well worth the increase. He even offered us a bottle of water!

Was served by NAJU who was very friendly from the minute we walked in...He was very patient with us as we were looking for a new frame and mattress.We went to the shop and not on line as we needed to try the matress out...Very knowledgeable about the products.The order went through with no issues and we are looking forward to our delivery and hope that all goes well to.Would definately recommend going into the shop...
