Very friendly sales assistant and v3ry knowledgable

Naju the sales assistant was superb, so friendly and helpful, we went in three times before making our decision and each time Naju didn't pressure us at all but was very helpful and full of useful and informative advice on each of the beds we were looking at. I can't recommend his customer service enough.

We had been to 2 other bed stores we were so disappointed with there service we walked out, I then said Dreams is a good store so we were highly delighted to be greeted by a friendly chap who spent a lot of time with us explaining about getting a good mattress, he was so helpful and put us at ease, even at these difficult times I would thoroughly recommend Dreams to anyone who would like a new bed even down to the pillows

We felt safe in store, your representative was friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout our visit and the process of selecting a new mattress was enjoyable.
